    http://www.xml.com - Has lots of SOAP related pages; search around.

    http://freshmeat.net - Has lots of SOAP projects; search around.

    http://www.soapware.org/ - A SOAP developer's site by one of the people
    originally involved with SOAP.

    http://www.w3.org/TR/SOAP - The W3 page for SOAP; W3 is responsible for
    coordinating the SOAP standard. It's typically unreadable standardese, but
    it is definitive.
