Test 1 make-up test.

The make-up test for test 1 is next Thursday, 1 November from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00
p.m.  You are not required to take the test.  If you take the test, your grade
for test 1 will be the higher of your original and make-up test grades.  The
make-up test will be given under the same conditions as the original test.
