Turn-in from cslin machines.

I have discovered, with the help of one of your colleagues, that cslin machines
don't have some software my send-files turn-in script needs. If you turn-in
your software from a cslin machine, you'll get back a "can't unpack" message.
Until the software gets installed, the easiest way to turn-in your assignment
is to ssh over to rockhopper (or cslab) and turn-in from there.
