This is a bit of a fudge: OC-48 (2.4 Gbit/sec) was the highest-capacity line I
could find prices for, and the cheapest price I found was $300,000/month. It
seems likely that an OC-768 line rents for more than an OC-48 line, and 43
Gbytes/$ is a (probably wildly inaccurate) upper-bound on the actual rate.
