  Do you want us to submit both assignment 3 and assignment 4, or do we just
  submit assignment 4 with assignment 3 being based on that?

Put in assignment 4 any changes you make to fix problems assignment 3 and just
submit assignment 4. I'll use the results of running assignment 4 over the pa
1 through 3 disks as the basis for regrading assignment 3.
