Schedule changes.

I've made the following schedule changes, mainly to the assignments, for the
rest of the semester:

  I've dropped the last assignment.  There are now five assignments, and your
  final grade is the average of the highest four grades.  See the home page for
  details.

  Starting with the current, third, assignment, each assignment is due in three
  weeks, not two.  The third assignment is due tomorrow, Wednesday, 25 March.
  See the schedule for details; the fourth assignment will be out on Thursday,
  26 March, and is due in three weeks (Wednesday, 8 April).
