First assignment submission.

The turn-in software is broken when submitting the assignment: it rejects the
assignment because it's been submitted past the deadline.  Don't bother to
submit your assignment until I let you know it's been fixed.

Testing software still works, so there's no need to delay work on the
assignment.  The deadline will slip as needed.
