Midterm grades for undergraduates are due next Wednesday, 13 March. As it
stands, a midterm grade comprises the first two homework assignment grades and
the first test grade as a straight, unweighted average: (hw1 + hw2 + ts1)/3.
If you're satisfied with that grade, then you can stop reading.

If you'd like to try for a better midterm grade, you can include your third
homework assignment as part of your midterm grade by turning in your assignment
by next Monday, 11 March, which is three days before the day it's due on
Thursday, 14 March. If you turn in your third homework assignment by next
Monday, your midterm grade will be the straight, unweighted average of four
grades: (hw1 + hw2 + hw3 + ts1)/4. However, if you're satisfied with your
midterm grade as it stands, you can turn in your third homework assignment by
the regular due date.

Let me know if you have any questions.
