E-book readers and the test.

E-book readers* are ok for the first test, mostly because it's too late to
fairly do otherwise.  This is a provisional decision; you should not expect
that you'll be able to use e-book readers on the remaining tests.

* Left open is the question of what an e-book reader is, given that you can run
  a kindle or pdf reader on practically anything.  I'll be simple-minded and go
  on form factor: it has to look like an e-book reader to be one: a kindle, a
  nook, a fire, a - gulp - ipad... ugh, this is going to get messy.
