Assignment 2 update.

I've added the -p option to the second assignment to plot the timing data
collected from the linear and n-square three-sorts (assuming they pass the
tests).  See the updated assignment page for details.

The due date on the assignment page has been fixed: the second assignment is
due on 23 March, not 16 March.
