It's not clear to me how you excpect the run-time system to be delivered?
As source with a makefile. Typing "make" (with no targets) should build
whatever I need (presumably sprc-gen and run-time library) to use your system
to build a client-server application. If there's anything special I need to
know about using your system, you should include a file called "readme"
explaining what it is.
Your submission should include an example client-server application that can be
built by typing "make test". You can use the Comer-Stevens dictionary
application, or whatever it is that you've been using to test your system as
you develop it.
