  Are the node and edge strokes delivered to std-in in a sequential order or in
  a random order?

Your code should not make any assumptions about the order in which node strokes
and edge strokes are read from std-in. In particular, your code should not
rely on the stroke order produced by tsketch.

  How do we distinguish between node and edge strokes?
