I've updated main.cc for those of you still analyzing assignment 6. The major
changes are
 
 1 pickle_int has been changed to pickle_string.

 2 flatten_tree has been changed to depth_first_flatten so it can handle
   arbitrary graphs.

 2 Both the data and the edges are checked.
