The output of the percentages should be integers. What am I supposed to do
with the fractional part? What further calculation should I apply for that
fractional part? Should I just ignore it?
Let me put it this way: for your percentages to be correct, they have to be
within plus or minus one of my percentages (assuming my percentages are
correct), and all three percentages have to sum to 100. You may achieve that
however you think best.
