Proposed time and class change.

I propose that we change class time to 6-8:45 and classroom from hh 209 to
hh 211.  If you object to either of these changes, let me know by the start of
class on Thursday, 18 October.  

If I don't get any objections by the deadline, I'll start the next step in the
change.  Let me know if you have any questions.
