Cslin turn-in.

The cslin machines are missing some software needed by send-files; it's not
possible to turn-in your code from cslin machines.  I've asked Joe Chung to
install the software, but he won't be able to in time for tonight's deadline.
If you're working on a cslin machine, you'll have to ssh over to rockhopper to
turn-in your code.
