Vector sizes, one more time.

I noticed that the e-mail I sent about vector sizes is incorrect: each vector
input to tripartition() can have a size different from the other vectors.  In
the e-mail I sent out previously, I wrote that they'll all have the same size.
The assignment page is correct.  Apologies for the confusion.
