send-files -t vs -s.

When using send-files, -t checks to see that the program compiles and
-s actually sends the file. Is that correct?

They both send files. -t does everything -s does, but 1) -t doesn't count and
-s does and 2) -t and -s are independent; what -t does has no effect on what -s
does and vice versa.
