A couple of people have reported that pa2-dio-shared, which their os had been
able to run correctly, is now causing their operating systems to fail. I have
been able to verify this on some other operating systems (although not on mine)
and it's not immediately clear to me what's going wrong.

Until I can figure it out, I've removed pa2-dio-shared from the batch-disks
set.
