If we customize the makefile to include all of our files, should we submit
that as well with the send-files program?
No need; my turn-in code compiles your code "by hand". If your makefile does
something wizzy to your code, you should run it before you submit your code.
While I'm here, my turn-in code also deletes any files that have the same name
as files in the class include directory (mass.h memory.h system.h utils.h).
This means you should not make any changes to these files and submit them with
the rest of your assignment because they won't be used when your system gets
built.
