Contradictory statement question.

If a particular statement made by computer x turns out to be inconsistent, do
we consider that all statements made by computer x as inconsistent?

I don't think so. Given the report

    1: computer 1 is faulty
    1: computer 2 is functional

You can conclude that the first statement is contradictory (or inconsistent),
but you have no basis (that I can see) for concluding the same thing about
  the second statement.

Or can we just ignore that statement and proceed further with the other
statements?

You should proceed with the other statements, but I don't think you can
ignore the contradictory statement in all cases. If computer x makes a
statement about some other computer, or another statement is about a computer
for which computer x also makes a statement, you can't ignore computer x's
  statement.
