Assignment 5 questions

Do we have sample input for this program?

Only what's in the assignment.

Is there some utility to produce sample inputs?

Not yet.

 Is incorrect same as faulty?

No. Faulty is one of three states a computer can be in. A statement made by a
computer can be either correct or incorrect.

Also, my example of a contradictory report was wrong; I have updated the
assignment page with a correct (I hope) version.

I should note that I don't know how to solve this problem; I assigned
partially because it wasn't apparent to me what the solution was.

As a hint, I've been sitting in on Richard Scherl's knowledge representation
course this semester, and this assignment was partially motivated by what when
on in that class. You might want to consult with your colleagues in that class
to see if they have any tips about solving these kind of problem. (My
attendance in that class has been spotty; you should probably consult with
colleagues who are more diligent about attendance than I have been.)
