A reference to page-log.h managed to creep into my update yesterday, so I've
re-updated the update to remove it. I've also added two more tests to the
run-tests script.

I should have mentioned in class that the most of the tests in pa5a/testing are
taken from the assignment 4b tests. If you want to know how your program did
in 4b, run the tests in 5a.

Note, however, that the test results in 5a are not the same as the test results
as in 4b; assignment 4b will not work if you try to run it through the pa5a
tests. Although you could cook up test results that would work for 4b, my
recommendation is you get 5a working and fix everything there.
