I've updated the assignment 3b proxy files so that they (mostly) work. You can
increase your chances of having the proxy work by using the dumbest browser you
can find (the proxy can handle www.cnn.com when the request comes from lynx but
not when it comes from firebird).

Or you can avoid the proxy altogether by using the testing code.
