Flipping tans.

All of the shapes except the parallelogram can be rotated 180 degrees such
that they appear to be the mirror of the initial position. The parallelogram
on the other hand must actually be flipped over (if it were a piece of paper)
in order to achieve its mirror form. Is the parallelogram fixed in that it
can't be flipped/mirrored or is it free to flip?

The parallelogram can be flipped if necessary.
