Are we allowed to write helper functions to the min_3sort() in the file that
we define the extern function min_3sort()?
Yes; you may even submit more than one file. The only thing I require is that
you implement the function prototype; whatever else you do is up to you (it is,
however, still a bad idea to use system() or files).
