Assignment 3 is now available. Apologies for the delay. I've moved the
deadline up one day to accommodate.
I know that some of you like to do "research" on the web to find pages that
will "help" you "work out your solutions" to the assignments. If you're one of
those, you should know that real-life vliw packing problems are much more
complicated than the one given in your assignment. You should look carefully
at anything you turn up (which can be difficult because vliw algorithms tend to
be intricate) and make sure it's applicable to the problem as specified in the
assignment.
