I've rearranged the readings in the syllabus: Chapter 5 (deadlock) has been
moved from Section 1 (process management) to Section 2 (device management).

Section 1 readings are now Chapters 4 and 6 (processes and concurrency);
Section 2 readings are now Chapters 5 and 7 (devices and deadlock). See the
updated syllabus for full details.
