The pa1 and pa2 batch disks don't require page-outs; either all programs fit in
user space (every disk but pa2-bigpgms) or the programs don't modify pages
(pa2-bigpgms). If you do decide to page out, keep in mind that the disk size
is currently too small to provide a complete paging area for pa2-bigpgms (I
never caught this because my pager didn't page out unmodified pages).
I'll have the pa3 batch disks ready by Friday or Saturday, and they'll require
that your os does page out properly. At the same time, I'll update the
simulator to provide a bigger disk size.
