Hawk Alert 01-02

March 16, 2001

         On March 16, 2001 at approximately 5:35 a.m., an unknown actor(s) set fire to a waste basket in the third floor laundry room of Cedar Hall.  The waste basket was destroyed, but fortunately no one was injured and no additional damage was sustained.

         A $1,000 reward is being offered to any individual(s) with information leading to the arrest and conviction of the perpetrator(s) involved in these acts.

        The University Police are asking anyone with information regarding the above incident to Contact Captain Dean Volpe at 571-3492 or call Police Headquarters at 571-3472. All information will be kept confidential.
