QUICKLY: All-Northeast Conference performer... Returns as the squads starter at guard... Led the team in scoring, rebounding and assists in his first season in the Blue and White... Great out of the triple-threat, with ability to pass, shoot and penetrate.

EUROPEAN TOUR: Started all five games on Monmouth's tour of France and Switzerland... Led the team with 17.2 points per game... Also averaged 2.8 rebounds and 4.4 assists per game...  Scored in double digits in all five games, including a tour-high 22 points in the opener vs. Entente Orleanaise.

1999-2000 (Sophomore): Played in 27 games for the Hawks as a sophomore, including 23 starts... Led team with 17.7 points, 5.4 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game... Also led team with 55 steals and ranked second with a .802 free throw percentage... Logged season high 40 points, third highest total in school history, in first-round NEC Tournament loss to St. Francis [N.Y.]... Contributed 14 points and seven rebounds in Monmouth's 67-46 loss at Miami (11/23)... Logged 22 points and seven rebounds in loss at DePaul (12/6)... Led Hawks to victory over Albany (12/11) with 17 points and seven caroms... Tallied game-highs with 28 points and seven rebounds in victory over Rider (12/18)... Paced Hawks with 22 points and seven rebounds in loss to St. Peter's (12/22)... Keyed a one-point victory over UMBC (1/10) with a 17-point, seven-assist effort... Logged 20 points and nine rebounds in victory over Wagner (1/15)... Notched 18 points, six rebounds and four assists in 52-49 victory over Fairleigh Dickinson (1/19)... Scored 20 points in loss vs. St. Francis [N.Y.] (1/22)... Registered 23 points in 69-44 thrashing of Long Island (1/24)... Booked 20 points in one-point triumph over St. Francis [Pa.]... Recorded first career double-double with 13 points and 12 rebounds in win over Long Island (2/17)... Came off the bench to score 20 points in loss vs. St. Francis [N.Y.] (2/19)... socred 21 points in Monmouth's one-point victory over Fairleigh Dickinson (2/22)... Scored 25 points in regular-season finale vs. UMBC (2/26).

ALLEGANY COLLEGE: Averaged 7.5 points per game and dished out 116 assists at Allegany College in Cumberland, Md., during the 1997-98 season... Led Trojans to a 34-1 record and a No. 2 ranking in the final NJCAA national poll... Helped Allegany capture the Region 20 Championship and advance to the NJCAA National tournament... Appeared in all 35 games, shooting 48.5 percent from the field... Also made 35 three-pointers and tallied 75 steals... Teammate of the No. 2 pick in the 1999 NBA draft Steve Francis. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered three seasons at Gonzaga College High School in Washington, D.C... Led the Eagles to a conference title, 22-2 record and a No. 1 ranking in the city in 1997.

PERSONAL: Son of Denise Johnson... Born April 1, 1978 in Washington, D.C... Majoring in communications.
