Welcome to the Kosenkov group at Monmouth University!
We are committed to providing a high-quality education in physical chemistry to prepare our students for graduate studies in chemistry, chemical engineering, and other disciplines as well as providing an excellent background in chemistry for further professional careers.
Our research interests include:
- Understanding the mechanisms of energy transfer in organic molecules to find new efficient ways of solar energy harvesting and conversion into electricity.
- Uncovering the principles of human brain functioning and development of new generation of pharmaceuticals through modeling processes in neuronal cells at the molecular level.
