Greetings, everyone!!!

Welcome to the "Realm of Charles Willow",
a disciple of the Great Leonardo da Vinci, the
guru of all technologists, scientists, engineers, and managers.

My definition of a true IT Manager is "a person who
takes painstaking efforts through excellence in
both academia and industry to minimize the
possible trial and error by administering constant
development and management in innovative technologies for the
mankind and future generations".
